Property Program Details

Our trained staff acts as a 2nd set of eyes on your property, regularly visiting and providing scheduled maintenance, such as filter replacements on furnace and A/C, clean refrigerator compressor coils, downspouts, floor drainage, etc., as well as providing you with a detailed written report after each visit. This high level of service will not only keep you in the loop with your property, it will also ensure the property is ‘kept’ up and rent ready, thereby ensuring higher rental rates and value for your real estate investment.  Furthermore, by having AllOne Property Maintenance Program on site, you can have the peace of mind that your property is continually being looked after with an ‘ownership’ mindset.
